Our 8-week programs are appropriate for those new to meditation and those wishing to deepen their practice by returning to the foundation. Each course is held live online or in-person. Students receive the guidance and support of a 3 Doors teacher and the benefits that come from learning in a group setting and sharing experiences with others.

In each of these foundational courses, practitioners will learn to bring life’s challenges into their meditation practice and bring the benefits of practice into their daily lives.

The curriculum for each course was developed by our Senior Teachers and is taught by 3 Doors teachers around the world in their native languages.

Discovering Refuge Within

In this course you will learn to focus your attention at each of the 3 Doors: stillness, silence, and spaciousness as a means to discover the deep support of inner refuge.

Connecting Breath and Movement in Meditation

In this course you will learn two fundamental 3 Doors practices: the nine breathings of purification and tsa lung. You will work with your breath and seated movements to release habitual patterns and discover fresh, open awareness.
