Connecting Breath and Movement in Meditation

Learn to work with your breath and gentle, seated movements to release physical, emotional, and mental patterns that restrict your life. Discover a fresh and open awareness that makes it possible to be present to yourself and others in a more authentic way.

In this 8-week foundational course, you will explore the ancient Tibetan practices of the Nine Breathings of Purification (practice of breath and visualization) and Tsa Lung (practice of breath and movement). These simple and powerful practices can support you to:

  • Rest and renew your body, energy, and mind
  • Embrace challenges with awareness and warmth, allowing them to release
  • Cultivate a more open and flexible way of being
  • Share in the warmth of community arising from practicing meditation with others

Both those new to meditation and those already familiar will find support to integrate the benefits of these meditation practices into everyday life.

This course is offered virtually and in person by teachers from around the world in their native languages. Participants meet for one and a half hours for eight weeks. Recordings of the live teachings and guided practices from each session will be available to stream or download.
