José is a businessman, CEO, 3 Doors Board Member and Authorized Presenter. He leads a small weekly meditation group on Zoom with plans to meet in person once the concern for COVID safety lessens. He also guides meditation and conducts research at HECAT, a school for underprivileged children in Torreón, Coahuila Mexico. For this project José works in collaboration with 3 Doors Senior Teacher, Alejandro Chaoul and Presenter, Pilar Revuelta and Teacher, Carlos Villarreal. One of the goals of the project is to offer the 3 Doors teachings and practices to more schools and institutions inside and outside of Mexico.
