Sigridur Eythorsdottir is a transpersonal psychotherapist, art therapist, and Integral facilitator. She founded Tögel Art Center, where she teaches “Creative Inquiry” combining creative exploration, 3 Doors practices, and psychotherapy. Sigridur has been practicing different forms of meditation for 40 years. She is an ordained Zen monk and integrates Buddhist teachings into her work with art therapy.
Sigridur was born in Iceland where she studied to be an art teacher. In her late twenties she moved to Sweden to study breathwork. In Sweden, an hour north of Stockholm, she has been running a family home for refugees and people who struggle with addiction and other social challenges for more than 30 years. She is a mother of four and a grandmother.
Since 2011 Tenzin Wanqyal Rinpoche has been an important teacher in Sigridur’s life. She is a graduate of the second European 3 Doors Academy and in 2024 she was authorized as a 3 Doors presenter. At her retreat center, Sigridur has organized courses for 3 Doors teachers Raven Lee and Alejandro Chaoul.
