Rebecca Ergas, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist and Meditation teacher. Rebecca has had an ongoing psychotherapy practice since 1989, where she continues to work with adults and adolescents. She also worked as a Counselor and Director of Clinical Training in the Counseling and Psychological Services Center of Haverford College, Haverford, PA from 1994 to 2017.

Rebecca has been practicing different types of meditation for 30 years and integrates Buddhist and meditation principles into her clinical work. She began teaching Yoga and meditation in 2011.
Rebecca was introduced to the 3 Doors program in 2015 and completed the 3 doors Compassion Project, graduated from the 4th North American Academy and is now an Authorized Presenter of the 3 Doors practices. She is currently leading several ongoing meditation groups using the 3 Doors’ teachings and practices and she is working on bringing the practices into different settings.

In addition to her regular psychology practice, Rebecca has a long history of working with immigrants and refugees, both as a clinician and an evaluator of trauma with asylum seekers. Currently, she is working with Humanitarian Outreach for Migrant Emotional Health (HOME), an organization composed of clinicians that document trauma and mental health needs of people seeking asylum at the Mexican/US border.

Rebecca is originally from Chile and provides services in both English and Spanish. She works as a volunteer translating the 3 Doors Compassion Project into Spanish as well as various other 3 Doors and Ligmincha programs.
