Frank Jeri is a consultant, coach, professor, meditation teacher, and founder of Ligmincha Peru. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at The 3 Doors and Ligmincha International, an organization that is responsible for promoting the benefits of the ancestral practices and teachings of Tibet in the West.

Frank also supports organizations in developing high-performance teams to use meditation practices and teamwork to solve complex problems. As a leader and coach, he finds great value in meditation to reduce stress levels and develop emotional intelligence. Frank helps other leaders to bring more self-awareness to their work in order to bring more clarity and creativity to their decision making.

Frank has an Industrial Engineer degree from the University of Lima, an MBA from EDHEC Business School in France, and a master degree in Management and Strategic Leadership in Peru. He has had an international corporate career of more than 25 years in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources at Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Ernst & Young, and Laureate International Universities.
