Tsa Lung with Alejandro Chaoul

Unite Breath, Movement, and Awareness for Transformation and Well-Being

11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. NY time

A Path to Meditation Through the Body

Many of us believe that meditation is out of reach.

“I could never sit still for that long.”
“My mind is too active.”
“This is uncomfortable.”

The Tsa Lung practice offers a unique entryway to meditation. This inviting practice from the Tibetan Bön tradition combines movement, breath, and awareness to awaken and invigorate the body and mind, reconnecting us with a source of clarity and open-hearted presence, and inspiring forthright and compassionate action in our relationships and the world.

An Introduction to Tsa Lung

In this interactive 4.5-hour online retreat, esteemed meditation and Tibetan yoga teacher Alejandro Chaoul will introduce the Tsa Lung practice in a way that is approachable and transformative.

You will be guided through a series of five seated movements that dynamically activate energetic channels and centers in the body. As awareness, movement, and breath are united, physical, emotional, and mental restrictions begin to dissolve. A new internal harmony and strength of clarity emerges. There is a sense of awakening.

No prior meditation experience is needed—this retreat is designed for beginners and is accessible to all bodies.

This Practice will Help You to:

Awaken a Freshness Within

Alejandro describes:

“For many of us, Tsa Lung strikes a chord. It’s an embodied practice. Through it, we have the possibility to clear obstacles and enhance meditation. This reveals access to our inner refuge, a more awakened state of being, an open-hearted presence.”
