We all carry living questions, some that determine or challenge the course of our lives and some that live quietly just outside our acknowledged experience. As we explore our lives, our relationships, and our world, questions emerge from moments of uncertainty, grief, or change. Other questions arise from curiosity, inspiration, or a longing to live with greater clarity, compassion, and presence.

As 3 Doors practitioners, we are encouraged to bring the questions and challenges we experience in our lives into our meditation practice to benefit from our open attention and caring heart.

Join the global 3 Doors community for this special annual gathering with Founding Teachers Alejandro Chaoul, Raven Lee, Gabriel Rocco, and Marcy Vaughn, and 3 Doors Founder Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Over two days of teaching, meditation, and open dialogue, you’ll have the opportunity to engage deeply in practice and connect with fellow practitioners from around the world.

This year, we invite you to bring your questions to our teachers.

For the first time, our annual online retreat will feature participant questions as the starting point for contemplative dialogue with Senior Teachers and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Drawing on decades of study, practice, and lived experience, they will explore the questions, challenges, and topics that are most alive for our community.

Throughout the weekend, Senior Teachers will guide meditation practices, with opportunities for reflection and sharing in small groups. Rooted in the Tibetan Bön Buddhist tradition, these practices offer timeless support for connecting with our inherent wisdom, compassion, and igniting our creative capacity to care well for ourselves and others.

We invite you to join us for a weekend of curiosity, practice, and connection.
