What if your body were your most direct doorway to your true nature?
In this new advanced course, developed and taught by 3 Doors Senior Teacher Alejandro Chaoul, you are invited into a profound experience of embodiment. Through the Tsa Lung practice, you will learn to sense and inhabit each energy center, allowing the qualities of the five elements (earth, water, fire, wind, space) to come alive as felt, lived experience. By connecting with the elements—which are part of our very makeup—you will deepen your sense of connection to the world around you. As the doorway of the body opens to the space of Inner Refuge, greater awareness and resourcefulness naturally become available, both in your meditation practice and in your life.
For over 30 years, Alejandro has brought the Tibetan yogic practices into hospitals, universities, mental health centers, and communities and has researched how these ancient methods can reduce stress, burnout, and improve quality of life and wellbeing.

This course was developed in partnership with Tibetan Yoga Wellbeing. Tibetan Yoga Wellbeing offers classes, retreats, and trips centered around the unique Tibetan meditation, breath and movement practices which empower individuals and groups to embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-healing, and inner transformation.
Tibetan Yoga Wellbeing envisions a world where Tibetan yoga’s ancient magical movements become a living path to awareness, compassion, and healing for all.

“Each element has a particular quality that enhances our experience. Sometimes we need more grounding, so we connect more with the earth element. Sometimes we need more energy, so we connect with the fire element, and so on. In this way, the five elements can support and enrich both our Tsa Lung practice and our everyday lives.”
