LIVE EVENT RECORDING: The Heart of Self-Transformation, Self-Paced Retreat from 2025

Exploring the Medicine of Breath, Awareness, and Being

Anytime

In this live-event recording, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, Tibetan meditation teacher and founder of The 3 Doors, discusses the importance of caring for the physical body and finding joy in the process. He shares his ongoing explorations into the value of sleep and simple breathing practices that help restore well-being. Rinpoche emphasizes that self-care is the foundation that enables us to care for others and be of genuine service.

3 Doors teachers Tonny Maas, Gabriel Rocco, and Marcy Vaughn integrate Rinpoche’s teachings with 3 Doors guided meditation practices of breath and awareness, inviting us to bring openness and compassion to our challenges, as we rest in the stillness of the body, silence, of speech, and spaciousness of mind. As we discover an inner refuge, energetic patterns that bind can loosen and release, while opening pathways of well-being and joy.

Recordings are available in English, Español, Português and Magyar.
