The 3 Doors teaches a select set of simple and powerful meditation practices originating from the Bön tradition of Tibet. These accessible practices engage body, breath, and mind to develop inner resilience. They support open-hearted presence and inspire clear, compassionate action in daily life.
Our foundational programs are designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice with fresh insight. Each course is offered live online or in-person and focuses on one of the core 3 Doors practices:

As part of a growing body of research revealing the broad benefits of meditation, a 2021 study confirmed these four specific mind-body practices enhance mindfulness, reduce stress, and alleviate depression.
For the first time, this May and June we’re offering our foundational programs as four half-day retreats with our founding Senior Teachers. Come together with practitioners from around the world to learn and explore these timeless practices that awaken the heart and enrich daily life.
