Olivia Zsámboki is a communications professional and a graduate of the European 3
Doors Academy (EU2, 2019). She serves as a 3 Doors Presenter, practice leader
(Umdze), and president of Ligmincha Hungary, supporting the growth of the
Hungarian-speaking community.
Olivia has practiced meditation for more than 15 years. She met Tenzin Wangyal
Rinpoche 12 years ago, and her connection to the teachings has deepened through
ongoing service to the Hungarian Ligmincha community — contributing through
translation, organization, and community support. She participated in early
discussions supporting the establishment of the European 3 Doors organization and
coordinated the 3 Doors Pre-Academy retreat held in Hungary in 2023.
As a 3 Doors Presenter, Olivia founded a Hungarian-language practice group,
introducing practitioners to the 3 Doors practices. Guiding others has strengthened
her own openness and resilience, and brought her confidence and joy in supporting
fellow practitioners on their contemplative path.
She is dedicated to helping others discover their inner refuge and recognize the
spacious awareness, warmth, and potential within themselves, fostering greater
freedom, clarity, and joy in daily life.
