We are a growing collective of practitioners and teachers from more than 20 countries around the world. We meet in local groups, gather at retreats, and connect on Zoom for shared practice. Our community is strengthened by diversity. It is fostered by relationships that grow into vital friendships and working partnerships that lead to programs and projects that serve local communities and the wider world.
All are welcome.
Connect with each other:
Teachers and Presenters
We have Teachers and Presenters in 13 countries who bring diverse backgrounds and experiences to their teaching and guiding. Many of our Teachers and Presenters partner with one another to co-lead meditation groups and co-teach 3 Doors courses. They also collaborate with outside groups and organizations to develop projects and workshops.
Staff, Volunteers, and Board
Many dedicated individuals work together to help run our organization. They devote their time, energy, and expertise to support our programs, steward our financial resources, and conduct scientific research on our practices. They provide language interpretation, ensure high ethical and professional standards, and nurture a supportive and inclusive community.

“What is most meaningful to me about teaching is an experience of unlimited openness and joy, rediscovering the Inner Refuge together with my co-teachers and our students.”
“We keep practice simple and accessible for new practitioners while keeping practice fresh for more experienced practitioners. Reaching a wide range of people feels like an important service.”
“I grew up in connection to nature’s wonder, distanced from, shunning the human world. The 3 Doors brought the wonder, the power, and the freedom of humanity into my life; uniting everything I thought was separate, now fully and dynamically alive within this human heart.”
“For me, teaching means going even deeper on my spiritual path, which fills me with joy.”
“The 3 Doors practices rearranged me, and gave me tools and the trust to be with what had seemed unbearable. Because of the 3 Doors, my life changed in ways I never could have imagined, and it continues to support me as a Hospice volunteer.
