We are a growing collective of practitioners and teachers from more than 20 countries around the world. We meet in local groups, gather at retreats, and connect on Zoom for shared practice.
Diversity strengthens our community. Through meaningful relationships, friendships, and collaborations, we create projects that serve both local communities and the wider world. All are welcome.
Our Teachers and Presenters come from 13 countries, each bringing unique backgrounds and experiences to their teaching and guidance.
Many collaborate by co-leading meditation groups and co-teaching 3 Doors courses. They also work with external groups and organizations to develop impactful projects and workshops.
Many dedicated individuals work together to help run our organization. They devote their time, energy, and expertise to support our programs, steward our financial resources, and conduct scientific research on our practices.
They also provide language interpretation, ensure high ethical and professional standards, and nurture a supportive and inclusive community.
“What is most meaningful to me about teaching is an experience of unlimited openness and joy, rediscovering the Inner Refuge together with my co-teachers and our students.”
