North American Pre-Academy Mini-Retreat

Get a taste of what’s possible when you dedicate time and energy to your meditation practice and self-reflection, supported by the warmth of community.

The Academy is The 3 Doors’ signature program. This immersive training provides participants with the opportunity to engage deeply in the process of self-discovery in the warmth of community. It is rigorous in the sense that all are asked to make an active and ongoing commitment to self-reflection and meditation. It is challenging at times, since facing yourself can be humbling and disorienting. And it is frequently joyful, since the freedom of going beyond perceived limitations and experiencing the abundant resources of one’s true nature is transformative.

A great strength of the program is that it draws upon the collective power of the group for support in transforming personal limitations. 

Join us for this free mini-retreat on Zoom with the teachers of the upcoming North American Academy, a 2.5-year immersive meditation training. Founding Teacher, Marcy Vaughn, and Teacher, Phil Tonne, will guide three practices followed by the opportunity to share experiences and get a feel for what the Academy journey will be like.

Open to all who are interested in practicing with us and learning more about the upcoming North American Academy. 

Past Academy participants who are considering joining the next Academy are also warmly invited. Many have chosen to embark on a second or even third Academy to deepen their experience of The 3 Doors teachings and practices.
