Come together with the global 3 Doors Community, our beloved founder Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, and 3 Doors teachers for a two-day online retreat. We will explore meditation practices and teachings rooted in the ancient Tibetan Bön Buddhist tradition and how they can be a support for the challenges we face today. Course Details
This program consists of two days on Zoom with teaching, guided practices, and small group discussion and sharing.

- Saturday, November 21 from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm Eastern Time (time zone calculator)
- Sunday, November 22 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Eastern Time
LOCATION: Online (via Zoom)

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This program is open to everyone. Prior meditation experience is not necessary.
RECORDINGS: Audio recordings of teaching and guided practices will be available for streaming and download within one week of the completion of the program. Breakout room small group discussions and sharing are not recorded.
