Walking the Healing Path – October-November 2019, Denmark

Based on ancient Tibetan practices, this teaching is designed for those called to bring harmony and well-being to their daily lives. In this experiential retreat we will be guided to use energy pathways in the body, and through awareness and sound to deepen and strengthen our ability to connect and abide in our true nature. Stress, being out of balance, and depletion all release giving rise to the changeless, ceaseless, and undeluded confidence of the natural state.

We will explore how to shift our relationship to the experiences of stress and suffering, the challenges in our relationships, and the feelings of overwhelm and fatigue we carry. We can discover three fundamental supports—being, awareness, and the warmth of genuine presence—necessary for our human journey. Join us as we find support for clearing blockages and discover stability and protection in openness. Coming together in this way, we enhance our attunement to our unceasing healing potential.
