3PA International Retreat – July 5 – 10, 2020

Deepening Practice, Freeing Expression, Celebrating Community

Retreat Overview

Join us for our second 3PA International Retreat as we spend five joyful days together of practice, exploring creative expression, and celebrating the power of community. All 3 Doors Academy graduates and current participants are welcome!

In celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the founding of The 3 Doors, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche will open our retreat with an evening welcome address on July 5.

Throughout each day the Senior Teachers will guide practices to amplify the benefits of our foundational 3 Doors practices and stabilize open awareness. Each afternoon we will have structured opportunities to explore the power of expression (voice, collage, movement or painting) to move through blocks and open fresh experiences of embodied presence. Daily periods of silence will be woven into each retreat day, as well as time to gather in small discussion groups. At the end of each day we will abide under the stars together. Our final evening will include a banquet celebration and auction.
