Exploring Your Wisdom Breath-Energies – Aug/Sept

Ver en español

This 4-week experiential online meditation program explores the potential of your subtle body – composed of channels and chakras – as a powerful doorway to realize the gifts that emerge from the openness of being. Wake up your subtle body through breath, simple visualizations, and Tibetan yogic movements. Become familiar with how your five wisdom breath-energies support vibrant awareness. Through practices of breath and gentle movements, we will explore how the sacred architecture of our channels and chakras supports us in connecting with the spaciousness, vitality, and healing warmth of this inner refuge or “inner home”.

Beginning Aug. 24, 2018, join 3 Doors Senior Teacher Alejandro Chaoul, PhD, for weekly Friday sessions led in Spanish with English translation to:

  • Utilize breath and simple visualization to align your posture and become familiar with the subtle body of channels and chakras
  • Connect with the natural state of being, a sense of being grounded and at home.
  • Discover the vibrancy of the five breath-energies that support inner healing and well-being.
