Explore the Five Wisdom Breath-Energies – Aug/Sept in Spanish
This 4-week experiential online meditation program explores the potential of the subtle body – composed of inner channels and chakras – as a powerful doorway into the open awareness of our inner refuge or “inner home.” Wake up your subtle body through breath, simple visualizations, and Tibetan yogic movements. Becoming familiar with each of the five wisdom breath-energies helps you open yourself to a vibrant awareness of your three channels and five chakras. Through practices of breath and gentle movements, we will explore how our channels and chakras support us in connecting to the spaciousness and healing warmth of our inner refuge.
- Utilize breath and simple visualization to align your body posture and familiarize yourself with your subtle body of channels and chakras.
- Tune into the vibrancy of each of the five breath-energies, and how you can apply them to inner healing.
- Apply subtle and simple body movements that can help guide the five breath-energies through your chakras, and awaken to your experiences.
- Recognize how these experiences, when grounded in your inner home/refuge, enhance your sense of presence and wellbeing.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

- Seven hours of instruction, guided practice and discussion led by Senior 3 Doors Teacher Alejandro Chaoul over LIVE video conference.
- Collective support of practicing weekly with a small group of no more than 28 practitioners.
- Access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and share practice experiences.

The first class includes a course overview, the fundamental teachings of the 5 wisdom breath-energies, and a guided practice. All the following sessions include 1 hour of guided meditation followed by a ½ hour of group sharing and discussion. - Friday, August 31, 3:00 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. Central Time
