Exploring your Wisdom Breath Energies

This 4-week experiential online meditation program explores the subtle body as a powerful doorway to realize the gifts that emerge from the openness of being. As we become familiar with the power of five wisdom breath-energies to support vibrant awareness, we are able to support a fuller understanding and experience of the Tibetan meditation practices of Tsa Lung. Join a small group of no more than 28 people as Senior 3 Doors Teacher Alejandro Chaoul, Ph.D, leads you on a journey through your sacred architecture of channels and chakras to connect to the spaciousness, luminosity, and healing warmth of your inner refuge or “inner home”.

Led in English with Spanish translation, this program of guided meditation and discussions meets weekly on Wednesdays beginning March 20 to:

  • Utilize breath and simple visualization to align your posture and rediscover the power of your subtle body.
  • Connect with the natural state of being, a sense of being grounded, alive, and at home.
  • Discover the vibrancy of the five breath-energies that support inner healing and well-being.
  • Apply subtle and simple body movements to guide the five breath-energies to support awareness.
  • Bring fullness of presence to everyday activities.
